Attorney Randall P. Whately has worked in the area of commercial, industrial, and high-end residential property tax law for more than 40 years, rising to the position of Senior Partner for 22 years with Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn before opening Randall P. Whately PLLC as a private practice.

Specializations include tax valuation of multi-tenant businesses and retail chains, income-producing properties and golf courses as well as high-end single-family residential development throughout Michigan. Attorney Whately is married with six children.
